1. Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Padel API (https://padelapi.org) and Fantasy Padel Tour (https://fantasypadeltour.com), collectively referred to as the "Services" or "Platforms." Both websites and their related products are operated by the same entity ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using either website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
2. Website Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Padel API or Fantasy Padel Tour websites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Database Rights
The Service holds sui generis rights over the compiled database under Directive 96/9/EC and its transposition under Spanish law, based on substantial investment in the collection, verification, organisation and presentation of data. API users acknowledge that the value of the Service lies in this compilation, normalisation and delivery system. Systematic extraction or reuse of substantial parts of the database is prohibited.
4. API Access License
Access to the API, on any plan including the free plan, grants the API user a licence to use the data compiled in the database (Section 3) in its own applications and to store API responses in its own systems, however those applications are monetized. It does not include reselling or redistributing the data as a standalone product, replicating the database to build an equivalent service, or any rights over its structure or collection methodology.
Values produced by our own models or estimation methods may be displayed to end users and used as an input to the API user's own metrics, but may not be presented as the API user's own metric, redistributed as a standalone dataset, ranking or index, or used to train a model intended to reproduce them, unless we approve otherwise in writing.
5. Third-Party Images
Images returned by the API, such as player photographs and tournament posters, are third-party content made available for convenience only, in the form in which they were obtained. They are not part of the database referred to in Section 3 and no licence over them is granted.
The API user is solely responsible for obtaining any authorisation its use of an image may require, in particular when displaying it next to its own advertising or sponsors, and shall indemnify Padel API and Fantasy Padel Tour against any claim arising from that use.
Images may be modified or removed at any time without notice. Rights holders may request the removal of an image by writing to [email protected].
6. Disclaimer
The materials on the Padel API and Fantasy Padel Tour websites are provided on an "as is" basis.
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on our websites or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to these Services.
7. Limitations
In no event shall Padel API, Fantasy Padel Tour, or their suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our websites, even if we or an authorized representative have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the Padel API or Fantasy Padel Tour websites could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
We do not warrant that any of the materials on our websites are accurate, complete, or current.
We may make changes to the materials contained on our websites at any time without notice, but we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

Neither Padel API nor Fantasy Padel Tour has reviewed all of the sites linked to their websites and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us.
Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
10. Prohibited Uses
Using API access to reconstruct, imitate or derive a competing database, metric or model is prohibited. Mass extraction for purposes beyond the normal use of the API user's own application is prohibited.
11. Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if usage patterns are incompatible with these Terms, without obligation to disclose the method of detection.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms of Service for our websites at any time without notice.
By using these websites, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.
